The role of an executive coach

In today’s demanding business environment, executives have limited opportunity to devote time and energy to their development as leaders. Many struggle to fulfill the responsibilities of their positions and are too busy and too stressed to step back and learn from their experiences.

More and more, companies are relying on executive coaches to support managers and executives. When leaders are involved in identifying problems, working out solutions and reviewing results, their learning is more complete and long-lasting than when they are told or taught.

How the program works

Our six-month intensive executive coaching program includes an initial 360-degree review to benchmark current competencies and underlying attitudes and a second 360 to measure progress toward their goals.
